Parts Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee importation, warehouse inventory, and workshop equipment facilities. Monitor stock levels in accordance with inventory standards and perform regular stock checks
• Liaise with local suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of spare parts. Support ordering and delivery to dealers and customers
• Calculate spare parts cost and selling prices. Review and manage pricing structures, back-orders, and logistics. Analyze consistency across models and pricing strategies
• Monitor and review dealer stock lists, discount structures, agreements, and operational guidelines to ensure alignment with company standards
• Plan and execute nationwide spare parts sales campaigns and promotional activities to boost dealer engagement and sales performance
• Assist in setting up spare parts pricing, initial stock planning, inventory control, and promotional activities for new model launches
• Analyze equipment reliability data to determine spare part usage rates and forecast future demand
• Prepare and conduct spare parts system training for nationwide dealers. Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• High vocational diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field
• 3 years or above of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in inventory or parts management
• Background in equipment handling, warehouse stock control, or spare parts logistics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in inventory systems and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills for dealer coordination and training
• Immediate availability and English proficiency would be an advantage
