Production Chief

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control production to achieve target.
• Production abnormal handling and report to concerning department.
• Employee education and training.
• Join customer audit and present production process.
• Analyze problems with Engineers and Quality team and reply. complaint report.
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/female, age 25- 35 years (male must have passed military service)
• Bachelor's degree or higher Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related fields
• Able to use Microsoft Office or ERP or document management programs very well.
• Have knowledge in IATF16949:9001,5S, ESD, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Have manufacturing management experience.
• Have experience working in producing electronic components for 5 years or more special consideration.
• Able to communicate in English well.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Have leadership and have communication and coordination skills.
• Have good human relations and work well under conflict.
