Customer Service (ประจำจังหวัดชลบุรี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Serve as an on-site customer service representative at client locations, providing technical support for electronic products (PCB & PCBA).
• Assist clients in resolving product issues and provide solutions and technical guidance.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on after-sales issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal customer service, sales, and technical teams to promptly meet client needs.
• Track and document client issues, solutions, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions and issue resolutions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in after-sales service or customer support.
• Must have customer service and have good problem-solving skills.
• English & Chinese communicating ability is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Work location: Chonburi, Thailand.
