Web & CRM Support / Technical Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain and support the company website and backend systems
• Coordinate with developers / programmers on technical issues, updates, and new features
• Work closely with the Back-End team to maintain and improve internal systems
• Access and make basic website updates, edits, and fixes
• Manage and maintain the CRM system
• Coordinate and implement new CRM features and functions
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with developers to resolve them
• Test new features, system updates, and website changes before deployment
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in Web Support, Technical Support, CRM, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or website CMS is preferred
• Able to access and make basic changes to websites
• Experience working with CRM and backend systems
• Able to communicate effectively with programmers and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in Forex, Fintech, Payment, or Financial Services is a plus
• Good English communication skills
