System Engineer (contract 1 year - มีโอกาสต่อสัญญา)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Day-to-day operational support and maintenance of customers’ servers • Manage, monitor, troubleshooting Active Directory Service • Troubleshoot server hardware, software and simple network connection problems and undertake repair and fix where possible. • Monitoring hardware and software to ensure continued service. • Perform hardware & software installation, and configure servers environment • Supporting and managing IT Infrastructure. • Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for Server issues. • Create/Deploy and Support Active directory, Domain Controller, SCCM server • Thorough knowledge of forest, domain, OU, Groups, single forest single domain, and single forest multiple domain etc. • Prepare, deploy and manage Group Policies (in both single forest single domain or single forest multiple domain environment) • Able to secure admin/privileged users account • Consolidate or migrate active directories, domain controllers • Knows cloud based infrastructure and able to use it to deploy AD/SCCM on cloud based servers and sync them with on-prem server • Manage all users/devices from SCCM server • At least 2 years of experiences
