- Calling to customers in each day - Contract 12 monthsd - Contact business owner to invite them to joine online workshop. - Source for participants by leveraging on existing database, and referrals for virtual workshops. - Source for community partnerships to drive further attendance for training sessions. - Community engagement via social channels Assigned specific weekly targets depending on city (tiers). - Manage overall logistics of the program, from facilities, to refreshments to preparation activities prior to each class (if offline class). - Manage facilitator roster to ensure sufficient coverage.

- Minimum 2 years Prior sales experience, telemarketing, field sales etc.. and demonstrated ability to achieve targets. Preferable SMB related sales - Experience in event organising (online events and offline events) - Good speaking and presentation skills. - Good command of english is preferred - Willingness to traveling across country if required - Accustomed to working with targets and under pressure - Technologically savvy - able to work with computers / MS-Word, Excel, PPT etc.. - Good Leadership Skills, Communication Skills and Teamwork Skills \Understand budgeting and reporting"
