หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main purpose of the role: • Strategic results: Drive strategic and tactical decisions for SHE that aligns with company strategic goals • Best-in-class manufacturing: Ensure employees’ safety and working environment promotes high standard of operations • Customer centricity: Strive to deliver the best quality service to ensure smooth production and delivery of company products • Financial Result: Ensure on-cost, time, and quality service delivery • Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions • People: Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent • Inspirational leadership: Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players who works as a true team (N1, N2 and N3) across subfunctions. Embody strong culture of collaboration Key objectives: • Oversee company SHE related-programs to ensure health and safety of all employees • Ensure consistency of safety engineering activities at local production plants (ie. safety walks)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience / Education • Bachelor’s degrees in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety. • Certificate requirement: ISO45001 and ISO14001 • Knowledge of Safety health and environment Laws and Safety Standards. • Able to operate PC in MS Office and E-mail • Good command an English • Ability to travel
