•Assign tickets to Service Desk at the same user location. •Review Infra Service Request •Process Infra Service Request •Assign SW Service Request to Tier #1 Software Service Desk •Follow up service requests. •Executive support •Support task as assigned. Remote support •Support users using remote desktop software. •If can solve the problem - create and close ticket. •If cannot solve the problem - Assign ticket to onsite technician at the same user’s location. - Move ticket to another team. •Escalation if over capability or reach the conditions. Onsite support •Support walk-in users. •Go support at user’s location. •If can solve the problem - Create and close ticket (walk-in users) - Close ticket (moved ticket) •If cannot solve the problem - Assign to another technician. •Escalation if over capability or reach the conditions.
