• Responsibilities • Collaborate with Channel Development Planner to brainstorm and develop creative content and merchandising strategy for assigned media channel by develop a strong understanding of user behavioral data and need to achieve the target of GMV, CTR, and other related key metrics. • Create creative concept, content pipeline, and product assortment guideline that can be used effectively on assigned media channels and aligned with CI and design guideline. • Provide creative direction and work closely with Design and Production House Agency to develop key visual, creative materials, and multimedia. • Craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy and product visual for a variety of purposes, including advertisements, educational descriptions, and promotional materials. • Manage day-to-day operations of briefing creative copies/ artworks/ storyboards, proofread, edit, and checking the quality of the graphic and multimedia work before they go live. • Make sure that all materials are ready to launch and able to deliver and display at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. • Work closely with Channel Development Planner and Media & Campaign Operations to contribute product collection and event landing page, ensure that all contents are displayed in the right way on the right time, and make it easy for the customer to discover and desire. • Track and analyze the performance of content across various channels including gathering insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields e.g., Marketing, Communication, Arts. • At least 1+ years experiences of work experience in Creative, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or Online Merchandising for E-commerce platform or Media Agency. • Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading. • Knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia, and layout/visual design. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (related to campaign schedule). • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service-mindedness. Program Skills • Proficient in MS Office (Especially PowerPoint). • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Canva. • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and other design tools is a plus. • Knowledge in Analytics and Social Media Management tools is a plus. • *A portfolio is required when applying
