Media Channel & Campaign Operation Specialist (1 yr contract) BTS Chidlom-CS

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Channel Development Planner to develop comprehensive media and product displayed schedule aligned with campaign and media channel objectives. • Operate and monitor assigned media channels, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted displaying by managing all assigned sections, ensuring that all ads and products are displayed in the right way on the right time, making it easy for the customer to discover and desire. • Manage the scheduling and playback of content assets according to established timelines. • Execute cueing and timing of media assets in coordination with the Creative Content & Merchandising team. • Follow-up artwork production and prepare materials in regard to posting and rotating ads banners, broadcast messages, and other media display through assigned channels. • Conduct quality checks on content and user journey to ensure it meets standards. • Support campaign operations which include but is not limited to, product collection curation, event and other landing page creation, content blog execution. • Find effective communication journey and monitor assigned media performance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields e.g., Marketing, Communication. • At least 1+ years experiences of work experience in Marketing Operations, Media Operations, or Digital Advertising for E-commerce platform or Media Agency. • Basic Knowledge in advertising funnels, online user journey, and social media management. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (related to campaign schedule). • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service-mindedness. [Program Skills] • Proficient in MS Office. • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design program is a plus. • Knowledge in ads bidding and other social media management tools is a plus.
