• • Coordinate on quotations and invoice payment transactions as well as issuing PR/PO • Assist on financial tracking for budget control on a monthly basis • Manage and follow-up purchase order, stock lost and aging stock with partners and distributors’ procurement to order product especially department store and special event offline channel for small appliances • Manage logistic process from Company to distributor • Coordination execution in small appliances for department store as align with brand team • Drive sales orders to meet target as monthly basis, forecast and manage monthly sales plan for small appliance in department store channel and mainly summary sell-in as a monthly basis reporting to manager • Assists team on administrative tasks • ติดต่อประสานงานกับสาขาของห้าง Market placed Co with Admin • การเบิกของ ส่งของ ประมาณ 30% • คุยกับลูกค้า ระดับ Operation • มีลูกค้าประจำ Maintain เช่น Central สาขาใหม่ ขอเอกสารเพื่อลงข้อมูล Vendor ลงมในระบบ
