•Ensure compliance & maintain market AP policies and procedures along with driving improvements. •Provide strong support/market intervention to resolve any invoice processing related issues and escalations. •Receive invoices, prepare batch for scanning based on payment cycle and in line with local regulations/requirements •Manage vendor card and other necessary tasks to maintain proper controls over procurement process. •Prepare tax filing for PP30, PND3,53 and 36. •Coordinate with other department, as required, to make sure payment is on time. •Assist in fixed assets policies and procedure •Assist in reporting package process, as required.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field •Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AP is preferred. •Experience in working with a shared service center will be a plus. •Good computer skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) •Able to communicate in Thai & English. •Attention to details & good organizational skill. •Able to work as a team & handle stakeholders at all levels.
