- Select at least 100 contents (per week) from different KOLs under company platform (400 contents per month) that aligns with company content direction. - Fully monitor and evaluate campaign performance according to target or KPI by quantifying data. - Produce insight and report to direct manager on a regular basis for performance and other insights. - Promote KOL contents once per day on internal system. - Continuously monitor >700 KOLs under company platform and their contents (sourcing) for potential promotion. - Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to process the campaign efficiently including artwork, slot operations and internal media set-up. - Oversee campaign performance and provide report and insight. - Plan and set up monthly campaigns. - Review content & caption from smart channel auto pools around 200 contents per day to find the right contents for users.

- Creative thinker and loves to produce ideas. - Can utilize Excel skills to collect and organize data (Pivot, VLOOKUP). - Punctual with work delivery and has good sense of time management. - Excellent in Thai and moderate in English (Able to communicate using English). - Experience in Content Operation / Content Moderator would be a plus. - Personal drive and ability to work with can-do attitude and growth mindset.
