-Oversee of network and security devices under customer projects. -Configure network devices (such as switches, load balancers, etc.) included firmware updates. Configuration changes or control the vendor's operations. -Configure security devices (such as firewall, IPS, WAF, mail gateway, etc.) included firmware updates. Configuration changes or control the vendor's operations. -Fixed problems with use network and security devices. -Analyze and solve problems that occur regard network and security systems. -Manage Policy Firewall (such as add, delete, change of Policy Firewall, etc.). -Control work processes according to ISO standards and under SLA requirements. -Contact and coordinate within the organization and outside the organization include be able to coordinate with Vendors. -Summary report monthly or according to customer needs. -Provide advice and recommendations to customers regarding Network and Security, include present new technology to adapt to suit the organization.

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Science or Information Technology or other related fields. -1-3 years working experience in system integration such as Server, Switch, Firewall, IPS, Wireless, LAN, etc. -Possess knowledge of current networking infrastructure e.g. network (LAN, WAN),Switch , Wireless network, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Load balancers, IPS, Firewall, Proxy Servers and etc. -Creative and initiative for learning new technology or new product by yourself. -Good interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation and communication skills. -Good analysis, problem solving skills and fast learning. -Able to work under pressure. -Able to work during non-working hours and on holidays. -Network and security certifications such as CCNA, Comptia Security, Comptia Network will be advantage
