หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Ensure all internal and external clients are met, greeted and registered on arrival in professional and friendly manner. •Meet clients in the reception lobby in a natural, pro-active manner. •Ensure all visitors are directed to the appropriate area of the bank to be met by their host. •Ensure the visitor’s arrival is announced and their hosts are informed. •Answer calls within three-five rings and direct calls in a polite and professional manner and with good phone answering etiquette. •Transfer or direct calls to the party the caller requests or determine whether the caller should be directed, based on information about the purpose of their call. •Process room reservation requests via email or telephone, ensuring that suitable space are booked depending on the purpose of the meeting or event. •The other administrator tasks but not limited to
