หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job scope • Receive and direct all incoming calls on a multiline phone system, taking messages and distributing all messages efficiently to relevant staff and others within the College community • Receive and greet all visitors professionally, answering general questions where possible and referring specific enquiries to other staff where appropriate. • Co-ordinate safe entrance and exits of all students, staff and visitors, at all entrance doors ensuring they are signed in and out and that no unauthorized person gains access. • Deal with enquiries relating to matters connected with the day to day running of the College, including liaising with other College sites. • Maintain information in a confidential manner.

• Qualification • Good Command in English • Have working experience at least 6 months.
