หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Receive and direct all incoming calls on a multiline phone system, taking messages and distributing all messages efficiently to relevant staff and others within the College community •Receive and greet all visitors professionally, answering general questions where possible and referring specific enquiries to other staff where appropriate. •Co-ordinate safe entrance and exits of all students, staff and visitors, at all entrance doors ensuring they are signed in and out and that no unauthorized person gains access. •Deal with enquiries relating to matters connected with the day to day running of the College, including liaising with other College sites. •Maintain information in a confidential manner.

• •Good Command in English •Have working experience at least 6 months.
