• System development project management: • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance of SME team system • Lead and manage system development projects, guiding the team from requirements definition to deployment. This involves outlining schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans. • Lead and manage end-to-end our system development project to ensure the launching timeline were met. • Lead and manage other development projects as assigned to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of driving revenue as well as better customer journey. • Data structure plan, management, analysis, request for the team. • Coordinate both internal and external parties to ensure project alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget parameters. • Conduct thorough analyses of project status and, if necessary, adjust the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure the fulfillment of project requirements. • Lead and execute campaign setup in the system, guaranteeing accuracy in the details of the campaigns. Business development: • In charge of Call center project to acquire new member acquisition. Initiate new idea to drive performance of call center team to ensure new member growth. • Providing assistance in ad-hoc marketing campaigns, including events and seasonal campaigns, with a focus on fostering LFC member acquisition and retention. This involves generating ideas for communication and system implementation. • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of member growth on a weekly basis, keeping the team informed of progress and insights.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Partnership Management, Data management • Great relations with stakeholders • Deep interest in product development, online ecosystem, technology and business innovations, and eagerness to continuously learn • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Good English
