- Up-to-date all our product and service filing and ensure they are updated to External and Internal properly - Summarize key details of packages and send to agency partners - Support basic/simple credential & package inquiry - Keep updating agency contacts - Support agencies on any operation process and financial documents - Conduct a Billing report and send agency partners - Handle and coordinate with the team responsible for a big agency partner’s rebate
