Application Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose: • Manage application team and analyze, develop, and maintain existing application systems (ITSS/ABACUS/Sage CRM/Documentum) with accuracy and efficiency and on time delivery as per user’s change requests. • Coordinate with regional ICT and other partners for project management to deliver business applications. • Assist ICT manager in driving adoption of cloud solutions using Power Platform and provide technical advice to application team members Duties & Responsibilities: • Maintain current systems to continuously work with accuracy and efficiency. 1. Monitor and validate data and system process. 2. Make manual and train to user to use system correctly. 3. Keep backup as backup standardize. • Deliver IT solutions on time and as per user requirements. 1. Find source data and relationship. 2. Estimate man hour and timeline. 3. Develop program and retrieve data. 4. Test or validate result. 5. UAT • Develop or provide new system as per user requirements. 1. Collect and analyze user requirements. 2. Design and develop application. 3. Estimate man hour and timeline. 4. Test and validate system. 5. Make manual and train user 6. UAT, user acceptance and implement. 7. Monitor, validate and cross check. Qualification: • Bachelor of Science on Computer or higher degree • Strong development experiences with Microsoft Power Platforms from enterprise scale at least 3-5 years • At least 1-2 full lifecycle of Oracle Applications (Financial-AP/AR/GL/FA) Implementation project • Experience in database management and project management • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus • Good command English
