- Contract 1 year and renewal based on performance. - Ensure timely and high-quality billing and invoicing process, issuing invoice and other documents to comply with customer’s bill placement schedule and policy. - Follow up collection by direct interfacing with customers and coordinate with Business team on collection matters and reconcile collection transactions to comply with policy. - Follow up and filing tax documents such as tax invoice, withholding tax certificate. - Timely and accurately prepare reports for daily, monthly and quarterly. - Perform other related tasks, process improvements and projects to be assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields. - 1-2 years of working experience in the field of Accounts Receivable or Collection. - Good skill in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheet. - Process improvement oriented, Teamwork, Self-starting, Disciplined, Detail oriented, Ability to work under pressure environment that requires productivity with accuracy within limited timeline and resource. - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Can-do Attitude and Positive Thinking. - High commitment and Responsibility.
