หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Contract 1 year and renewal based on performance. -To perform daily accounting operations, including account reconciliation, general ledger completion, to support business operations accurately and effectively including support collection/ payment/ settlement/ refund processing and resolve issues. -To collaborate with both internal and external parties such as business teams, payment gateway partners to create a smooth consumer journey in e-commerce platform. -To perform daily & monthly cash flow forecasting and work closely with related business teams to understand cash flow and business requirements. -To maintain accounting procedures and policies. -To analyze business performance and prepare management reports. -Document management in company-provided systems. -Ad-hoc assignments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field. - Minimum 2 years of working experience. - Experience in accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) with good skill of reconciliation. - Experience in online E-Commerce business is a plus. - Good analytical skill, good communication skill, problem-solving, logical thinking, high adaptability, dependable, high commitment and responsibility. - Can-do Attitude. Ability to work under pressure environment that requires a productivity with accuracy within limited timeline and resource. - Good proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel). - Good command in English.
