-Approach job duties with Lean concepts and Continuous Improvement mindset -Work to facilitate internal control initiatives while complying with company policies -Ad-hoc business partner with local team providing financial input that drives profitable results -Preparing financial and KPI reports for stakeholders -Participating in monthly reporting, rolling forecast and budget preparation -Providing financial analysis of different aspects of the business -Participate in various development projects within Finance team -Collaborate effective with the operational finance teams -Assist as needed in month end and yearend closing processes by following company requirements and deadlines. -Perform lease accounting consolidation tasks as per IFRS standards -Support with preparing yearly financial budgets and update quarterly estimates versus plan -Overhead cost follow-up -Prepare financial and management accounting reports for key stakeholders
