•Monitor and Recheck all Purchase Orders (PO) of Refined petroleum product in SAP to ensure that they are accurate and performs run SAP report • Recheck Pricing condition of Purchasing •Recheck the correctness of selling price of Customer Invoice to support supply Sale and send out to customer. •Perform products payment process to Refineries and 3P’s suppliers which start from check PO against GR in SAP Then generate purchase report to international company. •Prepare purchase report for Marine and Pipeline freight payment. •Coordinate with IISC (Terminal) to verify the correctness of delivery date and number of Shipment in case it’s deviated from SAP. •Monitor monthly Invoice’s processing •Manage Credit & Debit note for price adjustment. •Perform to submit the Purchase report (all purchase transactions •Coordinate with Financial Thailand and international center to solve any problem related to payment transactions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related file is preferable • Business & Commercial acumen is preferable. • Understanding in SAP • Be reliable with confidentiality focus is a must • Fairly Good communication skills in both Thai and English
