-Record, monitor, and close out of appropriation requests of fixed assets - Monitor capitalized assets including sale, transfer, and write off fixed assets - Depreciation for all fixed assets posting - Create and maintain a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. - Responsible for month-end close activities including accrual transactions - Running of profit center analysis, cost center analysis, and profitability analysis - Accounting, master data review and creation, foreign exchange rate maintenance or revalue - Recording, monitoring, and analysis of balance sheet accounts - Posting of miscellaneous transactions - Perform account reconciliation - Manage Real estate contract creation, process rental and periodic posting
