Provide HR administrative arrangement in coordination with related parties that is not limited to the interviewing logistics, on-boarding and orientation activities etc. • Assist and provide support in the separation and exit clearance process within internal and external HR team e.g. schedule the session, prepare the documentation, collect and return the company assets etc. • Be responsible for the employee personnel files and all related documents preparation and administration • Be responsible for and ensure that the employee’s benefits/welfare documentation in the areas of provident fund and medical health insurance is handled properly and correctly • Assist in the company service award event management
