•Organize recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, manage offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit. •Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects, in relation with current needs of the team or organization. •Coordinates all relevant training processes such as invitation , Rive-Reine enrollment. •Coordinate & facilitate the induction training (including general company rules on personal behavior (including smoking policy) & site security access & limitations (including proprietary information & intellectual property), of newly hired staff & for outsourced service labor & contactors used on site. •Maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility. Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy.

•Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields •Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (Blue collar wokers).
