หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Contract 1 year and renewal -To do legal research. -Preparing legal documents such as POA and the supporting document. -Liaison with the external lawyer. -Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system. -Take care of the legal budget disbursement (Issue IDMP, issue PR/PO ETC). -Preparing the document, attach the duty stamp, mark on the document, copy of the document etc. -Manage and arrange signatory from management. -Support Company Secretarial Function. -Performing other essential duties as assigned. Location: Sun Tower (BTS หมอชิต)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree in law -Fresh graduates are welcome. -Good command of Thai and English -Computer literacy in Microsoft Office -Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. -Ability to complete work within deadline. -Strong service mind and positive attitude -Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, responsible, and highly reliable.
