หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitor and investigate internal compliance to the code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations • Support the anti-corruption and anti-bribery program as well as third-party due diligence investigations • Develop and deliver trainings in key areas of compliance oversight; prepare and deliver policies and compliance communications as needed • Adhere to the corporate governance principles and code of conduct related to the practices of external regulators; implement the compliance activity to ensure that each team complies with standard practices, applicable laws, and regulations • Control, prepare, and update regulations, rules, orders, and announcements of company policies • Co-ordinate document requests, procedure changes, and other compliance projects • Work well with colleagues to achieve all compliance objectives in a timely manner

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Corporate Governance or related field • Have experience in corporate compliance, investigation, corporate counsel focusing on compliance issues or a related field, law, corporate governance, or internal audit • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English and Thai language
