• Manage petty cash as well as maintain bookkeeping up to date (Office&Shop) • Reconciling daily sales, bank statement and other incoming funds to ensure that operation follow and adhere to group policy of next day deposit include record the complete transaction in SAP • Supporting various aspects of the daily and monthly cash flow forecast. • Make regular contact with front end operation to ensure that customer inquiries and others related matter for sales and return transaction are clarified and no mismatch transaction • Supporting supervisor for month-end closing • Matching the refund/return from credit card with receive/deduct from bank transaction • Report/Ad-hoc assignment • Responsible for VAT refund with Revenue Department and Commercial Department for all brands
