หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in business group
• Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
• Recruits personally the key talents for business group
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• Challenges the organizational structure of business group

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR or recruitment roles
• Have experiences in HR management
• Strong in Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills
• Project Management and Change Management Skills
• Strong Business Acumen, Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Fairly Good command in English and Chinese* (HSK5 is must)
