หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure all internal and external clients are met, greeted and registered on arrival in professional and friendly manner.
• Meet clients in the reception lobby in a natural, pro-active manner.
• Ensure all visitors are directed to the appropriate area of the bank to be met by their host.
• Ensure the visitor’s arrival is announced and their hosts are informed.
• Answer calls within three-five rings and direct calls in a polite and professional manner and with good phone answering etiquette.
• Transfer or direct calls to the party the caller requests or determine whether the caller should be directed, based on information about the purpose of their call.
• Process room reservation requests via email or telephone, ensuring that suitable space are booked depending on the purpose of the meeting or event.
• The other administrator tasks but not limited to

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good command in English
• Have 2-3 years of working experience in front desk staff.
• Good organizational and prioritization skill for client meeting room booking.
• Excellent communication skills
