Legal Support - Marketing Campaign (Contract 1 year) - BTS Chidlom (kp)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Draft and review terms and conditions for marketing campaigns under an e-commerce or other businesses.
• Ensure that all terms and conditions for marketing campaigns, including the criteria of the campaigns, are made in compliance with the applicable law, e.g., the consumer protection laws, digital platform service laws, and the competition laws.
• Provide legal assistance and advice to EC team or other related business teams regarding the proposed mechanism of marketing campaigns or any complaints occurred from the marketing campaigns, i.e., being capable of identifying legal risks and concerns.
• Handle the permit registration process, including preparing and submitting applications and supporting documentations in relation to the permit required for an e-commerce business operation, e.g., a direct marketing permit and digital platform service registration, to the relevant government agencies, and monitoring all obligations and conditions after receiving the permit, i.e., submitting an annual report to the relevant government states.
• Do legal research on e-commerce laws or other laws and regulations relevant to the company services.
• Provide decent legal advisory on various inquiries from business teams in relation to e-commerce service and other services of the company.
• Deal with any complaints or petitions raised by users in relation to the marketing campaigns or an e-commerce license and/or permit. This includes overseeing legal defense actions, representing the company before the government agencies, or other authorities to protect the company’s legal and business interest.
• Draft and review general legal documents, i.e., purchase order, from time to time.
• Update laws and regulations in relation to an e-commerce business and other businesses in the company
• Ad hoc assignments and/or projects are delegated from time to time.
• Location: Gaysorn Tower (BTS Chidlom)
• Contract 1 year and renewal (based on performance)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor of Laws.
• Minimum 2-year legal experience in drafting and reviewing terms and conditions of use or terms and conditions for marketing campaigns (e-commerce working experience is a plus).
• Strong interest and knowledge about the consumer protection laws.
• Can-Do Attitude and readiness to support EC team spontaneously.
• Moderate proficiency in writing English in legal context.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines with high responsibility
• Strong attention to details, systematic writing, and good analytical skill.
