Provide legal support to both the Thailand and overseas legal teams, including assisting with company secretary matters, licensing, regulatory reporting, daily operations, and contract drafting and reviews.
Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations, advising the business on necessary adjustments.
Conduct research on Thailand and overseas laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date legal guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
t least 3-5 years of PQE as a practicing lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal department, preferably with exposure to international assignments.
Experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements across various business areas.
A Thailand lawyer license is an advantage.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English for legal document review and consulting.
Ability to communicate in English with foreign colleagues (TOEIC score 600+).
