Account Receivable (Eng Skill) working near MRT QNSCC3-6 months contract -hybrid

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Track and monitor the status of WHT certificates received from clients.
• Forward the WHT certificates to the tax team.
• Identify issue related to delay in WHT certificates early and highlight to tax team for resolution (if required)
• Provide status updates to managers on a weekly basis.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing Collections role
• Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting is a plus
• Experience in a call centre is a plus (Collections or customer service)
• Experience using Oracle Financials Cloud system is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Ability to understand and follow directions
