หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide support with visitor cards, lost and found, car parking stamps
• Keep informed on primary information relating to the office, such as the name list of office visitors.
• Coordinate with Gaysorn Tower receptionists regarding office visitors and important documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing messengers and Lalamove deliverers (both internal external)
• Handle sending of packages via DHL and Thailand Post
• Handle and record all incoming mails and record all outgoing mailing.
• Provide general information, such as directions to a meeting room to employees and visitors, their question and their needs etc.
• Create daily reports about incoming and outgoing mail as well as other routine tasks in that day.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have experience in receptionist or customer service.
• Good Communication both Thai/ English
