หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and assess risks in payment systems and transaction processing to identify potential issues.
• Support implementation of existing risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining fraud detection systems and report suspicious patterns or anomalies.
• Monitor merchant activities to ensure compliance with product policies and regulations.
• Manage chargeback processes with vendors and payment processors to minimize financial losses and protect service integrity.
• Work with vendors to resolve disputes and implement preventive measures to reduce chargeback rates.
• Prepare regular risk reports and updates for management review.
• Collaborate with other teams to address risk-related concerns and incidents.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-4 years of experience in risk management, with experience in banking, financial services, or ecommerce risk prevention.
• Experience with chargeback management and vendor dispute resolution processes.
• Background in fraud prevention or payment risk mitigation within tech environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and data analysis.
• Knowledge of payment systems, chargeback processes, and digital payment technologies.
• Good communication skills for working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with basic risk management tools and reporting systems.
