To increase customers base and market share for company products with focus on top line and bottom line by implementation of sound and effective marketing strategies as well as to ensure that market share are in line with overall business objectives.
To pursue and identify new business potential in rubber market, assist in evaluating potential & expanding product portfolio, market opportunity and threat in order to protect company interest
To gather and analyze market information, industry coverage and competitors’ activities to facilitated and support for business strategic and business plans.
Keep abreast with market trend, new products and technology development, for rubber industry, product proposal, applications and fulfilment on the specific customer requirements.
To assist existing techno sales in providing latest sales strategy and changes in the market.
Collaborating with the Sr. GM & finance team to analyze pricing structures and strategies, ensuring competitive price to maintain profitability.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
