หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support / provide Commercial Office in financial work flows and other flows related advise such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, VX, CA, HR etc.
• Support team to ensure with Commercial Office budgets on schedule and on track; budget files of each team, team building spending, Business Relationship spending update/ co with AP team.
• Tracking: All Commercial Team building Budget /Business Relationship Budget.
• Submit workflows for Commercial office (only for central Commercial Office).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business fields
• 3-5 years of experience in financial operation support (experience or knowledge in marketing and/or digital media is an advantage).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactively communicate with team and all other relevant stakeholders.
• Process improvement oriented, teamwork oriented, self-starting, disciplined, detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure that requires productivity along with accuracy within limited timeline and resource.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High commitment and responsibility.
• Good command of English.
