Sales Operations Executive – eCommerce (1-year contract) ใกล้BTS ชิดลม

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, reimbursements, promotions, and settlements.
• Collaborate with customers, enablers, supply chain, and warehouse teams regarding order status, inventory levels, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare monthly budgets for campaigns.
• Track sales performance and prepare pre/post campaign evaluation reports.
• Prepare product e-content and hero images for platform implementation and ensure accuracy in the system.
• Prepare and execute brand campaigns on ecommerce platforms

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, sales, or eCommerce support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Have a test excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
