Support the Sales team with daily operations and customer service.
Coordinate shipment details with local customers and overseas agents.
Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Shipping, and Trucking.
Follow up on import and export shipments to ensure smooth operations.
Check and verify shipping documents with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customers before shipment.
Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
Assist in solving operational and customer-related issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably in Customer Service or Sales Support.
Basic knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding processes.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Able to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
