หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Lead customer meetings to understand needs and present suitable solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and business cases
• Manage opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle until order confirmation
• Maintain strong follow-up to move deals forward and improve conversion
• Escalate issues and align with senior management when needed
• Coordinate handover to operations after order confirmation
• Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business
• Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and risk updates

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management.
• Experience in Retail, Modern Trade, Distribution, or B2B industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, accountable, and results-focused.
• Strong communication, coordination, and business acumen.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
