Timely update law and regulation auto-loan business, and interpret into effective recommendation.
Monitor and update laws, regulations, and requirements related to Auto Finance and Leasing businesses.
Analyze legal and regulatory changes and provide recommendations to management and business teams.
Ensure business compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including BOT, OCPB, Hire Purchase Act, Debt Collection Act, PDPA, NCB, and AML requirements.
Prepare and review legal documents, regulatory submissions, and related documentation.
Provide legal advice and practical recommendations to support business operations and mitigate legal risks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance matters.

At least 2 years in Auto-loan or banking
Bachelor's or higher in Law, and hold lawyer license.
Well knowledge in Hire purchase and leasing law, Civil and Commercial law, Enforcement of judgment law, Consumer protection law, PDPA, NCB and AML
Outstanding assessment ability legal matter to non-legal people
Strong communication, detail oriented and ability to do multitask
Good communication and presentation skill in English
