- Managing demand planning to ensure the most realistic forecast to interpret to accurate supply planning - Review demand alignment meeting with business team to identify the forecast VS sales target VS inventory gap - Review supply planning with production planner / new product development team to identify the supply situation and highlight to management if any potential of shortage or high coverage - Project the month-end inventory and review the monthly inventory result and solutions with the business team - Work closely with Marketing team to ensure company can launch the new project or relaunch product in time with proper planning and write-off preparation - Support business team with daily tracking report, weekly update, and monthly presentation on SCM's data - Arrange and conduct DAM meeting and S&OP; meeting material to follow up on action and preparation for Demand / Supply / Complexity reduction / OSMI / Provision status - Identify & implement processess improvement in the area of planning to fulfill both internal & external customers - Participate in half year stock count
