- Receiving and preparing invoices in the office including review of tax requirements, - Processing requirements, translations, coding, and control requirements as dictated by governmental requirements and regulations - Initiating scanning software processes to create imaged batches - Performing online control check of batch contents making corrections where necessary. - Performing on-line post image quality control of scanned index data to invoice source document, making corrections where necessary. - Reviewing vendor communications and action such as scaning image into the system , forwarding for research, answering the inquiry if possible, etc. - Independently prioritize – determining which items must be handled immediately, in the next hour(s), or by the end of business (next morning). - Interface with local vendors regaridng account discrepancies, invoice receipt and processing issues, and potential improvement opportunities - Maintaining local filings and support documentation for regulatory filings and audit requirements related to Accounting, Tax, Treasury, etc.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field - 3-5 years of experience in general accounting - Good command in English 12-16 months contract Working: Monday - Friday
