• Execute off-line and on-line advertisement strategy as per eventual agreed upon plan. • Identification and screening of potential Candidates • Identified potential Candidates for both leadership and high volume roles • Create pipeline of qualified Candidates matching requirements through name generation and Candidate identification (e.g., approaching email, phone approaches, headhunt phone calls, screening conversations, networking, referrals). • Invite Candidates to upload their data & CVs or resumes (if available) in the company's System. • Conduct face-to-face technical and competencies interviews to deeper evaluate Candidates, if necessary. • Pro-actively approach target Candidates (e-mail, phone etc.) to position opportunities
