หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Assist with the processing of sales and/or purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner and approval is as per company policies and procedures. 2. Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, monthly reports including accruals, prepayments etc 3. Assist in preparation of the month-end close to meet strict Group / Business Unit reporting deadlines 4. May be responsible for preparing tax returns, reconciling work in progress accounts 5. Check data between systems to ensure accuracy and review any discrepancy to achieve full compliance 6. May assist with debtor / cash management and forecasting 7. Keep records up to date for audit purposes and assist with gathering information for auditors as required 8. Ensure full compliance and approval as per company policies and ensure compliance with appropriate legislation in place at time of action. 9. Assist with producing Management reports are per timetable and ensure accuracy. Highlight any discrepancies. 10. Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with the documentation to be processed. 11. Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest. 12. Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures. 13. Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules. 14. Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - เพศใดก็ได้ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป - วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาบัญชีเท่านั้น - มีความถนัดในงานบัญชี และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีมาไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี - ถนัดในโปรแกรม Ms.Word, Excel, SAP เป็นพิเศษ - สื่อสารสนทนาโต้ตอบภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี - ปฏิบัติงานบริษัท Oil&Gas; ตั้งอยู่ Sun Tower สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปีค่ะ - หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สนใน สมัครด้วยตนเองได้ทุกวัน ตั้งแต่ 10.00-16.00 น. ที่อาคาร S.P Building ใกล้ BTS อารีย์ (ติดกับธนาคารกสิกรไทยสำนักพหลโยธิน) หรือ ส่งประวัติที่ autsanee.s@adecco.com สอบถามเพิ่มเติม ติดต่อได้ที่ คุณอุษณีย์ โทร.02-1213597
