หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility • Configure and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network connection and operating system • Work with client to prevent and remediate virus infection on user’s equipment • Troubleshoot problem of using office application e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Web browser etc. • Provide support on smart phone, tablet e.g. synchronization, software update, etc. • Escalate incident to next higher level of support (Adecco or Client or 3rd Party) when an incident cannot be resolved by Adecco IT support Staff • Coordinate with hardware/ software service provider related problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related technology equipment • Work with and be trained by client IT team to support in-house applications (if any) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent • Good English communication skill • Minimum 1 years in IT support or New grad • Self-starter with strong-self-management skills • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities • Ability to support general IT issue as helpdesk • Ability to support specific company program and app • Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours • Having networking skill will be more considered If you are interested in the position, please send your full English resume with Your desired salary and photo via Email or click Apply Now below!!
