หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide 1st level support for user • Configure and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network connection and operating system • Work with client to prevent and remediate virus infection on user’s equipment • Troubleshoot problem of using office application e.g. Microsoft Office, Web browser and etc. • Provide support on devices connectivity • Escalate incident to next higher level of support (2nd Tier Support or 3rd Party) when incidents are outside Scope of Service • Coordinate with hardware/ software service providers related problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related technology equipment • Work with and be trained by client IT team to support in-house applications (if any) • Create users on domain related email account granted, shared folders & network drive mapping, network authorization
