- Networking, Server Administrative , Firewall report retrieval. knowing the basic function of Switch, Router, Sever, Internet, NAT, LAN (cat 5,cat6) - Microsoft Outlook Mail Exchange, (Group Policy,.ost,.pst) IP Phone & ERP basic knowledge/experience will be an advantage. - Maintain & Enhancing Management of Software (several licenses renewal) around 30 Laptops ; Coordinate with front line Thailand team and IT Analyst at USA. and Hard ware inventory (end life laptop turning) around 100 Laptops; Coordinate with IT regional support team at Dubai. - Setting up New Laptop per Company Policy. ( Generic software install and additional specific on individuals) - Remotely support front line team using Team Viewer.
